To sign up for water and wastewater services, please bring a signed and completed services agreement form (2 pages) to the Scotia Community Services District offices located at: 400 Church Street in Scotia. A refundable deposit of $50 for Water Service and $50 for Sewer Services are due upon application for services. A non-refundable processing fee of $35 will be billed to your account on your first bill.
